Volunteer describes search effort in Texas to find those missing after devastating floods

Louis Deppe, who lives near the area devastated by the Texas flooding, joined the search effort to help find a friend’s missing daughter. He spoke to “CBS Mornings” about his experience helping in the search, his connection to the local camps and more.
