Industrialist Sunjay Kapur, the former husband of actor Karisma Kapoor, passed away at the age of 53 in London on June 12 due to a cardiac arrest. He was reportedly playing polo when he suffered the fatal attack. His body was flown back to India, and the cremation took place on Thursday at the Lodhi Road Cremation Ground in Delhi. A prayer meet in his memory was held on Sunday at Delhi’s Taj Palace Hotel.Sunjay is survived by his mother Rani Surinder Kapur, wife Priya Sachdev, and children Safira, Azarias, Samaira and Kiaan.
