For the last 35 years, Nagarjuna has maintained a consistent exercise routine and diet plan, that he has not altered significantly. The consistent approach to training, enables Nagarjuna to maintain his physique, even at 65!The approach that Nagarjuna recommends for fitness, involves selecting a diet and exercise plan that fits your natural body needs and daily routines. In an interview with Hindustan Times, the actor said that he begins the day with exercise, and does not skip workout even when he is working. The actor, contrary to perception, does not skip meals, but rather finishes his dinner by 7 pm which includes salad, rice, chicken and fish.
