Inter Kashi have been declared the I-League champions following a ruling by the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) in Switzerland.The CAS overturned the All India Football Federation’s (AIFF) Appeal Committee’s earlier decision that had awarded the title to Churchill Brothers of Goa.
