Television’s biggest stars are being celebrated at the 77th Primetime Emmy Awards on Sunday night.
Nominees this year include Cate Blanchett, Jean Smart, Adam Brody and Martin Short, with hit shows like “Hacks,” “The White Lotus” and “The Pitt” also in the running.
In comedy, “The Studio,” starring Seth Rogen, scored 23 nominations, tying the all-time record set by “The Bear” in 2024, according to a press release. On the drama side, “Severance” led with 27 nods.
Hosted by Nate Bargatze, the ceremony is airing Sunday, Sept. 14, live from Los Angeles on CBS and streaming live and on demand on Paramount+.
