Windsor Castle turned into a picture of royal grandeur as French President Emmanuel Macron and First Lady Brigitte Macron arrived for their UK state visit. Prince William and Princess Kate welcomed the couple with warm hugs and the traditional French double kiss. In a sweet moment captured on camera, Brigitte complimented Kate with, “Thank you… it’s good to see you. You look great,” according to lip reader Jeremy Freeman. Meanwhile, Macron shared a cheerful exchange with King Charles and Prince William, even teasing about William’s tall frame. The king proudly replied, “He’s six-foot-one, ever so.”
