While calling him “warm, engaging, and kind,” she noted he has lost his way since leaving royal duties. Experts in the documentary say Harry wants reconciliation, but his ego is holding him back. Recently cleared of bullying and harassment allegations by Sentebale’s chair, he is reportedly considering launching a new charity in the wake of the controversy.
