It’s easy to think we’re connected just because we’re talking. But if you really look, it’s often something else. A text while walking, a call during chores, a quick reply between meetings. The conversations happen, but the real connection is missing.
Even in close relationships, this slowly takes a toll. The bond that once felt strong starts to fade– not because of a fight, but simply because we’re not fully present.
