Child Pose, called Shishuasana, is a resting posture where you kneel on the floor, sit back on your heels, and stretch your arms forward while lowering your forehead to the ground.
This pose helps release tension in the chest, shoulders, and back, promoting relaxation. It also is excellent at calming the mind and reducing stress, which is essential for healthy skin.
