Dated July 30, the letter, now circulating online, describes constant flooding in his cell and relentless verbal harassment from fellow inmates. Kohberger claimed prisoners shouted sexual threats, with one even vowing to assault him. An incident report later confirmed he was targeted with vulgar language on multiple occasions. However, despite substantiating the harassment, officials denied his request, citing no clear aggressor.
