How confident are you in India’s chances to win the series from here?

As celebrations carried into the post-match briefing, one journalist reminded Gill of a pointed question posed before the match – about India’s winless record at Edgbaston. With a mischievous grin, Gill paused, scanned the room dramatically, and fired back: “I can’t see… My favourite journalist. Where is he?”WATCH:The room erupted in laughter, with players and media alike appreciating the good-humoured jibe.Gill then turned reflective, saying, “I actually wanted to see him, but I even said before the Test match that I don’t really believe in stats or histories.”He continued, “Over the last 50-60 years, we’ve played just seven matches here – different teams, different eras. I believe this is the best Indian team to come to England. We’ve got the capability to beat them, to win the series from here. And we’ve got the right momentum with us.”
