He said, “I am free now. ‘Kaun Banega Crorepati’ is over and I don’t have any films at the moment. So I’m free, and I will now stay at home.” Abhishek quickly added that his father would now be spending time at home to look after his granddaughter. Aishwarya’s powerful labour journeyThe most moving part of the story came when Amitabh spoke about Aishwarya’s strength during childbirth. His admiration for her was full of respect and pride.He shared, “She had to struggle but I commend her that she was in acute labour for a long time, almost 2-3 hours. But she persisted and said she wanted a normal delivery. She did not use any epidural or painkiller.” In a time when many opt for medical relief during childbirth, Aishwarya’s decision to go through the pain naturally stood out. Big B’s words reflected not just her courage, but also the deep respect he had for her as his daughter-in-law.
