Sunita Ahuja and Govinda have been married for more than 35 years now. They have two children – Tina and Yashvardhan Ahuja. While Govinda is a superstar of the 90s, Sunita is getting quite popular now on the internet with her candid nature and bold confessions. In a recent interview, Sunita has revealed that the only reason for fights with husband Govinda is that he is not working. She added that he has a lot of people around him, who misguide him but she says the truth, which he doesn’t like.She also added how she tells him to lose weight and work in movies, but he just doesn’t listen to her. She said during a chat with Instant Bollywood, “Govinda se ek hi baat pe jhagda hota hai, main usko bolti hu, tu kaam kar. Usne mujhe 6-7 saal pehle bola tha ke main Sylvester Stallone banke dikhaunga, kyunki woh mera favourite hai. Maine kaha woh is janam mein toh hone nahi wala, agle janam mein tu mujhe pati ke roop mein nahi, bete ke roop mein chahiye, (The reason I fight with Govinda is because he’s not working. He told me 6-7 years ago that he will lose weight and become like Sylvester Stallone because he’s my favourite hero. I told him, that’s not going to happen in this birth and in next birth, I don’t want you as a husband but as a son).” she laughed. “He’s not losing weight, he’s not doing movies,” she added.Sunita further said, “I tell him, tu legend actor hai, tere jaisa actor aaj tak hua nahi hai. You’re wasting your life because of the four people you are sitting with. they are not teaching you good things. Sab faltu baat sikhaa rahe hai. Acche logon ke saath baitho. People around him won’t tell him that. Unko paisa milta hai Govinda se. Toh uski chamchagiri karte hai (I tell him, he’s a legendary actor. There is nobody like him and he’s wasting his life because the four people around him are misguiding him. They get paid from him, so they just say sweet things to him).”She confessed, “But tu mujhe paisa nahi deta chamchagiri ka. Main kisi ke baap ki chamchagiri nahi karti. Main sach bolti hu isiliye usko gussa aata hai. Sach sunne ke liye bohot badaa dil chahiye. Ek beewi always apne pati ka accha chahegi. Maa kabhi apne bacche ka bura nahi chahegi. Par unko sadhbuddhi nahi dete bhagwaan. Main Tina aur Yash ko bhi frankly bolti hu, sach bolti hu aur agar sach nahi sunna toh agli baar mujhse pucho mat. (I don’t get paid by him, so I will always say the truth so he gets angry. A person needs to have a big heart to accept the truth. But a wife or a mom will never want anything bad for her husband or children, which is why she says the truth).”Further talking about her nature Sunita said, “Aaj meri galti agar ho na, main paanv padke maafi maangu. Agar meri galti na ho, main kisi ke saamne sar na jhukaau sivaay mere bhagwan ke. (If I’m at fault, I will hold someone’s feet and apologise but if I’m not saying something wrong, I will never apologise or bend down except in front of God).”There were rumours of Sunita and Govinda’s divorce which she has dismissed a while ago.
