    HIGHLIGHTS

Moto G56 5G is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7060, 8GB RAM, and 256GB storage.

The handset may sport a 6.72″ FHD+ LCD display, with 120Hz refresh rate and Gorilla Glass 7i protection.

It will ship with a 50MP Sony Lytia rear camera, and 32MP front camera.

Moto G56 5G has reportedly appeared on Motorola’s Czech and Slovak websites. However, the listing has now been taken down. The listing has been spotted confirming the launch date and a few other key details. The smartphone will succeed last year’s Moto G55. According to a report, the device will be offered in four colour options: Pantone Dazzling Blue, Pantone Dill, Pantone Grey Mist, and Pantone Black Oyster. Additionally, the phone’s processor, battery, and charging capacity have also been revealed.

Here’s everything we know about the upcoming Moto G56 launch date, specifications, price and other details.

    Moto G56 launch date

As reported by NieuweMobile NL, the Moto G56 launch is set to take place globally on May 29, 2025. However, there are no details on its India arrival. To recall, Motorola didn’t launch the Moto G55 in India, and it may do the same with Moto G56 as well.

    Moto G56 5G specifications

Moto G56 will pack a MediaTek Dimensity 7060 paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB storage, expandable up to 2TB via a SD card. The device will ship with a 50 MP Sony Lytia LYT-600 primary rear camera sensor and a 32 MP selfie camera on the front. Additionally, it will be equipped with a 5,200 mAh battery that supports 30W wired charging. The device is also confirmed to get the IP68 and IP69 rating for dust and water resistance.

Furthermore, the Moto G56 will offer an 87% Screen-to-body ratio, featuring Gorilla Glass 7i screen protection and MIL-STD 810H rugged housing, which provides drop protection of up to 1.2 meters.

All of these details coincide with the ongoing rumours. The smartphone is also expected to feature a 6.72-inch LCD screen with FHD+ resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of up to 1000 nits. It may run on Android 15-based Hello UI.

    Moto G56 5G price (expected)

The Moto G56 5G is expected to be priced at €250 (approximately Rs 24,000) for the 8 GB + 256 GB configuration.
