Severe Thunderstorm Watch Issued for South-Central Pennsylvania: Alert Day Activated
The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a Severe Thunderstorm Watch for much of South-Central Pennsylvania, in effect until 9 p.m. tonight.
Affected Counties:
- Adams
- Columbia
- Cumberland
- Dauphin
- Franklin
- Lancaster
- Lebanon
- Montour
- Northumberland
- Perry
- Schuylkill
- York
Impacted Cities Include:
Berwick, Bloomsburg, Carlisle, Chambersburg, Danville, Gettysburg, Harrisburg, Hershey, Lancaster, Lebanon, Newport, Pottsville, Shamokin, Sunbury, Waynesboro, and York.
