The lease is for five years, starting at Rs 11 lakh per month. Ravi is also preparing for his role as Lakshman in Ramayana.

Ravi Dubey, who’s set to appear in Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana, and his wife Sargun Mehta have leased a luxurious new apartment in Mumbai’s upscale Bandra West. The couple has rented an entire floor in Freeda One, one of the city’s most premium residential towers. The deal, signed on June 6, 2025, was made through their company Dreamiyata Entertainment, with Sargun representing the firm. The lease is locked in for five years, with a starting rent of Rs 11 lakh per month in the first year, according to Free Press Journal. The rent will increase annually—Rs 11.55 lakh in the second year, Rs 12.12 lakh in the third, Rs 12.73 lakh in the fourth, and Rs 13.37 lakh in the final year. In addition, the couple has paid a hefty security deposit of Rs 80 lakh.Their new home also comes with some star-studded neighbours — cricketer KL Rahul, actor Jackie Shroff, and businessman Yash Goenka all reside in the same building. Bandra West itself is a celebrity hotspot, home to big names like Salman Khan, Shah Rukh Khan, Ranveer Singh, and Rekha. While the move is making headlines, Ravi and Sargun have yet to announce it officially to their fans.Meanwhile, on the work front, Ravi Dubey is set to portray Lakshman in Nitesh Tiwari’s upcoming epic Ramayana. The film stars Ranbir Kapoor as Lord Ram and Sai Pallavi as Sita. The first installment is slated for a Diwali 2026 release, with the second part expected in 2027.Ravi has spoken passionately about the project, calling it sacred and culturally significant. He also expressed deep admiration for co-star Ranbir Kapoor, describing him as “immaculate” and “like an elder brother.”
