Police search for motive as suspect in “American Idol” executive’s killing is due in court

The suspect arrested in the killings of an “American Idol” executive and her husband is due in court on Thursday. Police say Robin Kaye, the music supervisor for American Idol, and her husband were killed after they confronted an intruder in their home. Police don’t have a motive for the crime.
