Optical illusion: Can you find the word 'ROAR' hidden among the 'RAORS'?

This is an optical illusion that is aimed at misleading your eyes and challenging your brain. When you look at it for the first time, the picture seems to be a grid of the word RAOR, which is being repeated. But quietly nestled within this pattern of repetition is the correctly spelled word ROAR — and you have to look for it. Looks easy? There is a catch: you have just 7 seconds to do so!Illusions such as these are a great way to test your concentration, visual ability, and attention to detail. They take advantage of the way our brain handles repeated patterns, making slight changes easy to miss. So hone your vision and have a go. The majority of people get it wrong on the first attempt—will you be one of the few to catch it right away?Don’t scroll so quickly. Take a close look, remain focused, and tell us if you defeated the challenge!

How to find “ROAR” in the illusion

    • Don’t skim; rather, allow your eyes to land so they can begin identifying patterns and finding differences.
    • Scan across the image slowly, examining each word closely for the right sequence of letters: R-O-A-R.
    • This prevents you from skipping rows or forgetting what you’ve covered.
    • If you are on a screen, making the image larger can isolate each word better.
