New flooding threat in Texas areas recovering from July 4 floods

Parts of Central Texas could see pockets of heavy rain through Monday, which could cause flooding in communities still working to recover and rebuild from the deadly Fourth of July floods. Some recovery operations were paused Sunday due to the threat. Karen Hua has more.
