Jasprit Bumrah returns to India’s playing XI for the third Test at Lord’s in the ongoing five-match Test series. He replaces Prasidh Krishna.India vs England 3rd Test Live ScoreLeft-arm wrist-spinner Kuldeep Yadav has once again been left out of the playing XI. For England, Jofra Archer comes in for Joshua Tongue.England captain Ben Stokes won the toss and elected to bat first.“We are going to have a bat. Generally, this surface offers some help for the bowlers in the first hour. The mood in the camp is good—it’s been a well-fought series, and we’re up for this game. The body feels good. It’s been a quick turnaround, but we are fresh and ready. Everyone enjoys playing at Lord’s, and you have to embrace the occasion. Just one change—Archer replaces Tongue,” Stokes said at the toss.Meanwhile, India captain Shubman Gill admitted he was uncertain about what to do had he won the toss.“I was confused about what to do until this morning. I would have bowled first,” Gill said at the toss.“There will be something in the pitch for the bowlers in the first session. Everyone contributed in the last game, and that was a big part of our discussions. The bowlers are confident—it wasn’t easy to pick 20 wickets on that (Edgbaston) surface.
