In Kalyug, THIS is the most important and powerful form of Bhakti

One of the easiest and most beautiful parts of doing Naam jap is that there are no rituals or sacrifices involved in it. All you need is a quiet space, a free mind, and a will to remember the Gods, with their name. It can be done anywhere, be it at home, while walking, cooking, or even before sleeping.
You can chant and repeat the name of God, internally or externally, and this will help keep your focus intact. Or you can use a mala with 108 beads, usually called the Jaap mala, and move it around your fingers as you chant 108 times or more. And another way you can do Naam jap is by simply setting aside 5 minutes of your day, sitting on the ground, and then saying the name out loud.
You could chant and repeat Lord Ram’s name, or Lord Shiva’s, or the Shakti, and all of them will help you feel closer to yourself and to divine energies.
