    Hrithik Roshan and Rakesh Roshan cashes in on real estate; sells properties worth Rs 6.75 crore - Report
    Hrithik Roshan and his father, Rakesh Roshan, have been actively involved in real estate transactions in Mumbai. Rakesh Roshan sold two apartments in Andheri West for a total of Rs 5.95 crore. Hrithik Roshan leased a commercial space in Goregaon and renewed his office lease in Pune, showcasing their diverse property dealings alongside Hrithik’s upcoming film projects.

    Bollywood’s beloved father-son duo, Hrithik and Rakesh Roshan, aren’t just making moves on the big screen—they’re making headlines in the real estate market too. While Hrithik gears up for the much-awaited War 2 and his directorial debut Krrish 4, the Roshans have quietly wrapped up a string of high-value property transactions in Mumbai worth Rs 6.75 crore, according to recently accessed documents.Details of the property sale by Hrithik Roshan and his father Rakesh Roshan were revealed in property registration documents reviewed by SquareYards.Rakesh Roshan sold a 1,025 sq ft apartment in Veejays Niwas CHS Limited, Andheri West, to Sonali Ajmera for Rs 3.75 crore. The deal was registered on May 25, with a stamp duty of Rs 18.75 lakh and registration charges of Rs 30,000.In a second deal, Rakesh Roshan sold a 625 sq ft apartment in Raheja Classique, Andheri West, for Rs 2.20 crore to three buyers. The transaction was registered on May 17, with a stamp duty of Rs 13.20 lakh and registration charges of Rs 30,000.Earlier this year, Hrithik Roshan made headlines for his real estate moves in Mumbai and Pune. In January 2025, he leased out a 2,727 sq ft commercial space in Goregaon, Mumbai, for a monthly rent of Rs 5.62 lakh.Hrithik Roshan also renewed the lease for his office space in Pune’s Kharadi at a monthly rent of Rs 6.08 lakh. As per property documents accessed by CRE Matrix in February 2025, the space spans 9,209 sq ft.On the work front, Hrithik will soon be seen in Ayan Mukerji’s War 2 along with JR NTR and Kiara Advani in the lead roles. The teaser of the movie has aready raised the anticipation levels amongst his fans. Apart from that, the actor also has Krrish 4 in his pipeline. He will also be marking his directorial debut with it.
