* WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is
forecast.

* WHERE...Bird Creek near Owasso-Mingo.

* WHEN...Until late tonight.

* IMPACTS...At 22.0 feet, extensive flooding of Mohawk Park occurs
with access roads impassable. Mingo Road between 56th Street North
and 76th Street North is covered by high water.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 8:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 21.9 feet.
- Forecast...The river is near crest and will remain nearly
steady around 21.8 feet through mid afternoon. The river is
then expected to begin falling late this afternoon and fall
below flood stage late this evening.
- Flood stage is 18.0 feet.

- At 8:00 AM CDT Monday the stage was 22.7 feet.
- Forecast...The river is falling and is expected to fall below
flood stage late this morning.
- Flood stage is 21.0 feet.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL 3 PM CDT THIS AFTERNOON...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall continues.

* WHERE...A portion of northeast Oklahoma, including the following
counties, Creek, Osage, Pawnee, Rogers, Tulsa, Wagoner and
Washington OK.

* WHEN...Until 300 PM CDT Monday.

* IMPACTS...Flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying
and flood-prone locations is imminent or occurring.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 711 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges
measured heavy rains over the past 24 hours of between 3 to 6
inches. Flooding is already occurring in the warned area.
Flood waters will be slow to recede and secondary roads may
remain flooded through the day.
