Getting a sculpted body was certainly not easy, and the 51-year-old previously opened up about how he changed his lifestyle to achieve the chiselled physique. In a December 2020 interview with ETimes, the ‘Housefull 5’ actor revealed about losing 18 kilos in 16 months. Khan expressed that he took a conscious decision to take a break from Bollywood back in 2010 and moved to London. During the break, he was mercilessly trolled after the pictures surfaced on the internet in 2016. However, 2020 became a pivotal point where he changed his lifestyle drastically and started focusing on the body-mind connection.
Fardeen Khan revealed in an ETimes interview…

“I wanted to physically feel 25. As you grow older, body degeneration catches up with you. I wanted to feel very, very good again. You need to think about it as a body-mind connection. I came across this in some reading I was doing,” he said back in 2020.“I started eating right and healthy, coupled it with correct workouts. I have lost 18 kg in the last six months, but 35 per cent journey is yet to go in this aspect. In the work that we do in our industry, you are expected to look your best, and you indeed want to look your best,” Fardeen added.

Recently, in an interview with Cyrus Broacha, Khan gave a deep dive into his weight loss. He revealed that he was 102 – 103 kgs with just body fat, while he was overweight, and now, he is 78 kgs, losing a massive 25 kgs. Along with the assistance of professionals, Fardeen became sober, causing a significant change in his lifestyle.

Khan posted a video of himself working out in the gym on Instagram, and rightfully dropped the jaws of his fans. Captioning the motivational video, “Those last three reps – where the burn kicks in, muscles screaming, the mind battles the body, and the real growth begins. Push through. Earn it,” Fardeen shared the clip of him doing bicep curls with the help of a bench support. The actor’s repetition not only showed his strength but also showcased his will to push the limits.
