Ektaa Kapoor and her father, veteran actor Jeetendra Kapoor, continue to make headlines—not just in entertainment but also in real estate. Hot on the heels of their record-breaking ₹855 crore land deal in Mumbai’s Andheri, the duo has now reportedly sold a luxury Worli apartment for ₹12.25 crore. The high-profile transactions highlight the Kapoor family’s growing footprint in the property market, adding another layer to Ektaa’s already impressive business empire.According to reports, the 2,149 sq ft apartment—part of the upscale Omkar 1973 Worli project—was sold at Rs 57,003 per sq ft (carpet area) and comes with two parking spots. The transaction was officially registered on June 8, 2025.As per property documents, the apartment is located in Tower A of the Omkar 1973 Worli Co-operative Housing Society Limited. Jeetendra and Ektaa Kapoor had originally bought the unit in June 2017 for Rs 11.52 crore. Attempts to reach Ektaa or her team for comment were unsuccessful.In one of Mumbai’s biggest real estate deals this year, Jeetendra and his family reportedly sold a prime land parcel in Andheri for a staggering Rs 855 crore. The buyer, NTT Global Data Centers and Cloud Infrastructure India Pvt. Ltd. (formerly Netmagic IT Services), acquired the property to expand its digital infrastructure footprint in India.According to documents reviewed by Square Yards, the Rs 855 crore Andheri land deal was finalised on May 29, 2025. The transaction was carried out through two Kapoor family-run firms—Pantheon Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. and Tusshar Infra Developers Pvt. Ltd. The sale includes two adjoining plots spanning around 9,664.68 sq. meters (approximately 2.39 acres), currently home to Balaji IT Park, which houses three commercial buildings with a total built-up area of nearly 4.9 lakh sq. ft.As per a November 2023 report by Financial Express, Ektaa Kapoor’s estimated net worth stands at ₹95 crore (approximately USD 11.3 million). She reportedly earns ₹2.8 crore per month, with an annual income of ₹30 crore. Her wealth has seen a 25% growth in recent years.Ektaa Kapoor holds the position of Joint Managing Director and Creative Director at Balaji Telefilms Ltd., a leading production house known for delivering over 17,000 hours of daily soap content. The company generates an impressive annual revenue of approximately ₹422 crore.Ektaa Kapoor lives with her father Jeetendra and mother Shobha Kapoor in the luxurious Krishna Bungalow in Juhu, Mumbai. The sprawling property is estimated to be worth around Rs 200 crore.
