Dipika Kakar, who recently underwent a 14-hour surgery for stage 2 liver cancer, is now stable and has been moved out of the ICU. She marked Eid in the hospital, where her family sent her Eidi to lift her spirits. Now, her husband Shoaib Ibrahim has shared a new vlog from the hospital, showing Dipika getting emotional as she addresses her fans and well-wishers for the first time since her surgery. The video began with Shoaib giving a brief look at Dipika as she made efforts to walk and eat on her own. He informed everyone that she has started walking again and is now on a regular diet. Shoaib also assured fans that they would soon see Dipika in his vlog, but before that, he wanted to personally share her health update.Shoaib further revealed in the video that Dipika’s health is improving and she has little pain in her stitches. He also disclosed that she had a cough in between which made things worse. He informed fans that now the cough is gone and she slept peacefully last night after coming out of the ICU. He revealed that Dipika is scared of ICU and from the moment she learnt about staying alone in the ICU, she started to panic. He further shared that he had strictly told all his family members to not visit Dipika in the hospital as there are chances of infection. He told them that his family would be arriving to meet Dipika later in the day.Shoaib opened up about his son Ruhaan and how they were initially worried how the little kid would manage without Dipika. However, the entire family stepped up, taking turns to care for Ruhaan and ensuring he felt loved and supported. He also shared heartwarming clips of Ruhaan playing at a mall with both his grandmothers. Shoaib admitted that the past few days had been incredibly difficult for him and his family. He expressed heartfelt gratitude to his loved ones, friends, and house help for standing by him during this challenging period. He also requested fans to keep Dipika in their prayers, as there is still a long way to go in her recovery post-surgery.He then made Dipika speak to everyone and the actress got emotional. Shoaib shared that ever since Dipika was admitted to the hospital, she has constantly asked the family to send her videos of Ruhaan. Watching her son’s moments brought her comfort and helped her during recovery.Later, Ruhaan, Shoaib’s mother and Dipika’s mom came to meet Dipika at the hospital. Both the moms pampered Dipika and Ruhaan finally met his mom. Dipika pampered Ruhaan by hugging him and talking to him. He was seen playing in the hospital room.
