    Managing blood sugar naturally can be simple and effective with the right herbs. These eight powerhouse plants used for generations in Indian kitchens offer natural ways to support insulin sensitivity, control sugar absorption, and reduce cravings.These herbs work in different ways to support healthy blood sugar levels.
