The week of June 30 was a busy one for recalls, as four foods were pulled from shelves over safety issues.

Listeria contamination affected Oscar Mayer turkey bacon and blueberries, while labeling issues led to recalls of lunch meat and Wegmans chocolate.

Here’s what to throw out or return this week.

On Wednesday, Kraft Heinz recalled 367,812 pounds of Oscar Mayer turkey bacon from retailers across the country, and in the British Virgin Islands and Hong Kong.

The recalled turkey bacon may be contaminated with Listeria. Due to the risk of foodborne illness, health officials gave the recall the highest risk level, Class 1.

If you find the recalled turkey bacon in your fridge or freezer, toss or return it immediately, and monitor for signs of Listeria.

Lab testing revealed that the turkey bacon may contain Listeria.

Listeria contamination was also the reason for a recall of blueberries this week.

In early June, Alma Pak International LLC initiated the recall, which affects 400 boxes that each weigh 30 pounds—totaling 12,000 pounds of blueberries.

On Tuesday, the FDA gave the recall the highest risk level. However, the blueberries were only sent to one customer, so there’s no need to check your fridge.

During routine testing, the recalled blueberries came back positive for Listeria.

Last Friday, 143,416 pounds of lunch meat were recalled nationwide over a labeling issue.

The bologna products, from Gaiser’s European Style Provisions Inc., may contain meats that they’re not supposed to.

Health officials gave the recall a Class 3 risk level—the lowest risk status—but consumers are still being advised to throw out or return the recalled items.

The recalled lunch meat contains undeclared beef, chicken, or pork.

On Monday, the FDA announced a recall of Wegmans chocolate nonpareils, sold in stores in 8 states and Washington, D.C. The products contain an undeclared allergen: milk.

People with an allergy or sensitivity to milk are at risk of a severe adverse reaction if they eat the chocolate, which was produced by Mellace Family Brands California, Inc.

If you can consume milk, the chocolate is otherwise safe to eat, but all customers are being urged to return the product to Wegmans for a refund.

The chocolate was mistakenly put in packaging that does not list the presence of milk.
