Love Is Blind season three couple Matt Bolton and Colleen Reed have called time on their marriage.
The news came on Friday as the two — who fell in love on the popular Netflix series — announced their split in a joint Instagram post.
‘We wanted to share something personal, and this is not easy to do, but after nearly four years together, we’ve decided to end our marriage and move forward on our own paths,’ the message began.
Set in white font against a black backdrop, it continued, ‘We’ve been separated for some time now and have being our best to work through everything privately and with care.’
It was added, ‘This was an incredibly difficult decision, not one we made lightly. It came with a lot of thought and it’s been an emotional process for both of us.’
Their breakup post went on to say, ‘We met in the most unique and unexpected way, and we’ll always be grateful for the love and memories we’ve shared. There’s not one thing we would change and we continue to have deep respect and care for one another.’

Speaking to the fans, they wrote, ‘Thank you to everyone who has supported us. We kindly ask for compassion as we navigate this transition.’
Matt, 31, and Colleen, 29, were one of just two couples to reach the stage of marriage in season three, which hit the streamer in October 2022.
The nation watched as they navigated ups and downs, most notably when Colleen admitted to telling fellow contestant Cole Barnett she would be attracted to him ‘in the real world,’ outside the confines of the show.
Despite eventually solidifying their relationship with a wedding, they lived separately for two years afterward.
In May 2023 Reed revealed plans to finally move in with her husband.
While appearing on Deepti Vempati and Natalie Lee’s podcast, Out of the Pods, she confirmed they were ready to take the big step.
She said: ‘Me and Matt are going to move in together in the next two weeks. We don’t have the finances to buy, by any means, but we’re going to rent in Dallas and then that gives us time to really find the perfect home for what works for us.’
Defending their decision to wait, she added: ‘We practically live together already. He basically stays at my place because it’s closer to work.

‘I don’t think he’s gone to his place once in the past month. So I’m excited to live with him outside of a studio.’
She joked at the time, ‘I mean, if I can live with this man in a studio, then I can live with him wherever because I can’t get away from him in these four walls.’
Giving more context for the unusual living arrangement, Colleen said, ‘To kind of adapt to now living with someone, it takes a while.
‘It takes a second, and both of us didn’t want to rush changing that — all of the sudden expediting that for other people.’
