IndiGo is facing penalties exceeding Rs 2.76 crore from customs authorities in Ahmedabad and Chennai, but the airline has confirmed it will challenge the demands. Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC), the country’s largest insurer, has reported a robust 38% rise in its net profit to Rs 19,013 crore for the fourth quarter ending March 2025, compared to Rs 13,763 crore in the same period last year.
