Fans have been really upset after hearing all the latest updates about ‘Hera Pheri 3’. Paresh Rawal announced his exit for from the film and left everyone shocked. Thus, Akshay Kumar’s production house filed a lawsuit against Paresh. The actor’s production house have bought the rights of the film from producer Feroz Nadiadwala. Amidst all the conflict surrounding the film and the legal matter, Akshay Kumar finally broke silence on the issue.The actor was present at the trailer launch of ‘Housefull 5’ in Mumbai. He was asked by a journalist that people on the internet are saying that ‘Paresh Rawal is really foolish to leave the franchise.’ When asked to react to this, Akshay said, “Firstly, I’ll like to tell you that using such kind of word for my co-star, foolish, is something I’d not appreciate. That’s not right. I have been working with him for the last 32 years. We are very good friends. He’s a great actor. I really admire him.”He added, “I don’t think this is a place where I am going to talk about it because…it’s a very serious matter. It is a matter which is going to be handled by the courts. Hence, I dont think I am going to speak about it here.”Akshay was applauded as he took a stand for Paresh and did not take a word against him. He also spoke fondly about the actor and his association with him. Akshay and Paresh Rawal have shared screen space in the 90s film ‘Mohra’ and many other movies after that. They recently also finished shooting together for Priyadarshan’s ‘Bhoot Bangla’.Priyadarshan who is also the director on ‘Hera Pheri 3’ said that he was really shocked to know about Paresh’s exit. He added that Akshay was in tears as well to know about Paresh’s decision. While this matter is still sub judice, Rawal’s legal team has said in response to allegations made by the legal team of Akshay’s production house, “They did not deliver the story, screenplay and also a draft of a long form agreement which was fundamental to the engagement of our client.“
