The lesions evolve through the process of growth, while also bleeding and itching.
Any sudden appearance of a new mole requires medical evaluation. The ABCDE rule functions as a memory aid, to identify skin cancer signs through asymmetry, border irregularity, color variation, diameter exceeding 6mm, and evolution or time-dependent changes.
